We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Tech Lead  who has worked on Banking apps , Flutter  and hands on  experience in Android / iOS   with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile development best practices, a passion for creating high-quality user experiences, and a proven track record of delivering successful mobile applications and who can coordinate and manage  team and interact with client as well .  

Responsibilities:

•     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•     Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Flutter dart code.
•     Work closely with the product team to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
•     Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
•     Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile development.
•     Troubleshoot and debug issues
•     Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

•     Solid understanding of Flutter dart (Mobile app development )
•     Experience with state management
•     Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
•     Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
•     Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
•     Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•     Experience with version control systems such as Git.
