We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer with over 6 years of experience as a frontend developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at taking ownership of the front-end, making critical decisions regarding libraries and guidelines, and driving the development of robust, event-driven applications.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 6+ years of experience as a frontend developer, primarily using Angular.
• Lead experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with mid to advanced level skills.
• Strong experience with NGRX for state management.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive unit tests.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of front-end development and making key decisions.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the front-end architecture, making strategic decisions on libraries and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Angular applications.
• Implement and maintain state management using NGRX.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure the highest quality of code.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering requirements.
