Provide assistance and technical support to users regarding issues with computer hardware,

software and other company assets required for their day to day job, documents support

activities, and ensures compliance with IT policies, fostering efficient operations and user

satisfaction.

Job Responsabilities: 

● Inventory administration of company assets such as computers, monitors and other

● equipment needed for the operation.

● Resolve issues with computer hardware or software.

● Respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and

● applications and help resolve these issues for users providing an excellent service.

● Access point administration.

● Assist and resolve IT related issues for users.

● Computer and software maintenance.

● Firewall administration.

● Management and administration of company devices.

● Provide technical support when needed.

● Facilitate communication with external IT vendors when necessary.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science or equivalent experience. Language: Intermediate English

Experience : Experience 2+ years of troubleshooting experience with hardware and software. Knowledge of Operative services (windows, Ubuntu, MacOS.) and Endpoint tools.
