ROLE: Data Entry Specialist

Location- Sacramento, CA/Remote

Remote/Virtual within the U.S. working primarily PST hours

Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information. This role is critical in supporting stakeholders across the State by providing timely and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data with high accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
