Job Description

Role: Technical Help Desk support

Location- Remote

Position – 4

Required Skills:

  • Help desk support experience, CRM (preferably Salesforce) experience, customer support skills, strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve email ticket issues in a Salesforce CRM and work 1:1 with customers experiencing issues via Teams as needed.
  • Able to quickly learn an application and coordinate issue resolutions btwn technical team and customers experiencing the issue.
