• Functional user experience designer.
• Can apply user experience background in a cross-functional manner to support business process improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Education: Bachelor's

Preferred Skills:

• Customer experience, human centered design, design, change management, process improvement

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Work with team to design customer experience strategy and process improvements to support enhancing the customer experience.
