Business Analyst

100% Remote

•        Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases

•        Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report

•        Facilitate Requirements Gathering and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

•        Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders

•        Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across functional teams

•        Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity

•        Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

•        Use troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges

Qualifications Required:-

• 2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
• Proficient with Requirements Management tools (e.g. Jira, ALM, Rational)
• Experience facilitating discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality design and acceptance criteria
• Preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Certified Business Analyst Professional
