Big Data Engineer

Our Data Platform team is currently looking for talented engineers who can design, implement and support robust, scalable and high quality solutions. As a member of the team, you will be helping brands advertise through our video platform using technologies such as Hadoop MapReduce, Java, Spark, Scala and NoSQL databases.
Java or Scala based professional development experience with Big Data emphasis; or a strong desire to work in Big Data
A strong eye for tuning and performance
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve technical, procedural, and operational issues
A passion for software development and delivering quality code.
Advantage to have
Strong scripting skills to perform data/file manipulation
Experience with NoSQL databases
