The Client Services Manager (CSM) sits at the intersection of ownership and execution. You will take on a leadership role in managing AOL’s demand side business from Agencies and Direct Advertisers across mobile, desktop, and video. You will have intimate knowledge of the core product offerings and use them as an arsenal to help foster and grow your business. This role will act as strategic counsel for client proposals, optimizing live campaigns, and providing in-flight and post campaign analysis. A partner and a key stakeholder with Account Management and the Sales, you will help build brands people love.
Full ownership of accounts to ensure campaigns are on pace and will deliver against client KPI’s. Manage expectations around campaign performance and path to success.
Take a strategic approach with each account to offer data packed and data backed recommendations on how to structure plans, model pricing and scope out scalable inventory.
Flexibility to make real-time optimizations and recommendations of in-flight campaigns to achieve and exceed client goals.
As an expert on AOL ONE suite act as first response to triage general product and platform issues and escalate account or campaign specific blockers directly with Engineering support.
Be a conduit to funnel general feedback of AOL ONE suite releases, feature requests, beta opportunities and UX issues directly to AOL’s Product Commercialization teams.
Have a real seat at the table to partner with clients and internal teams to provide campaign insights and strategic areas of growth for business.
Provide weekly forecasts on the overall direction of your business to leadership along with input aimed at driving larger business decisions.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or quantitative field
1-3 years experience in Digital Media or as an Analyst. Client Services or Account Management a plus
Proficiency within the online media buying and selling ecosystems, and a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, DMPs & Measurement Providers
Experience in management of programmatic digital ad delivery, optimization and or/yield management as well as working, in, and speaking to tech implementation
Excellent at problem solving and harness both creative and critical thinking skills
A proactive mindset and comfortable with technology
Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
Advanced Excel knowledge is essential, Macros/SQL are a plus
Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritizes tasks
