We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic sales professional to join RYOT Studio who will be responsible for developing and executing a content-led strategy focused on revenue growth. This role will build relationships with current and prospective customers and have a deep understanding of their client’s marketing needs while delivering stellar customer service. This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.


  • Identify and sell co-created content marketing programs to strategic accounts to drive revenue within category/account list, working with agencies and clients direct

  • Lead client conversations, strategy, ideation and pitch for custom content-based marketing programs

  • Work collaboratively with the Aol sales and strategy teams and the creative arm of RYOT Studio to design and execute the best content experiences for brands

  • Effectively represent our custom content product portfolio including native advertising, branded content, data & insight tools, on and off platform distribution channels and measurement.

  • Negotiate complex content partnership deals with the ability to navigate both internal and external teams

  • Post sale, work with project management teams to track success of custom programs, compile results and provide recommendations for future programs, with ultimate goal of program renewal and incremental revenue

  • Stay on top of content marketing and native advertising industry trends in order to best service existing accounts and develop new relationships


  • 6+ years experience in sales or marketing for digital media company

  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters a plus.

  • A demonstrated excitement and passion for native advertising and branded content

  • Proven track record in collaborating with key client decision makers at senior levels of partner organizations

  • The ability to think creatively and work across client and internal groups including business development, publisher teams and account services.

  • Career history of meeting revenue responsibility and producing innovative solutions for advertisers

  • Social media savvy

  • Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
