Due to internal growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who excels at phone-based interactions to join our friendly Albany team. If you have a passion for building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets, this could be the perfect role for you!

What will you do?

• Inbound Sales
• Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
• Providing rep support
• Entering customer orders & drawing up quotes for customers and account managers
• Purchasing goods to complete orders when required

Skills and experience

• A great attitude, and someone who loves working as part of a team
• A confident communicator
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential
• Someone with strong computer skills, and a knack for problem-solving
• Previous exposure to tradies and their industries would be ideal
