• Overall responsibility for business performance in Austria

• Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and revenue

• Development of sales strategies

• Budget planning and management

• Leadership and development of the sales team

• Organization of employee training programs

• Preparation of reports and presentations for the General Manager and auditors

• Market monitoring and close collaboration with the Marketing team

• Conducting sales negotiations and visiting key accounts

• Completed professional or academic education, or several years of relevant sales experience, combined with a strong understanding of business and commercial matters

• Proven sales experience is essential

• Strong negotiation skills and a sales-driven mindset

• Team-oriented personality with strong leadership skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills and a confident, professional manner

• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as an independent, proactive and committed approach to work

• Good command of English and solid PC/user application skills

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Retail Sector. Your actual performance-related salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.

The position offers a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,500.00 on an all-in basis, excluding commissions and travel allowances. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an attractive market-based overpayment is, of course, possible.
