As an Executive Assistant and part of our Executive Office, you will support our Executive Management team in the day-to-day operations of an internationally successful high-tech company. With your strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and professional communication style, you will serve as an important interface for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to efficient processes within the Executive Office.

Job Description

  • Support the Executive Management team in day-to-day operations and independently handle organizational and administrative tasks
  • Prepare structured information and decision-making materials for Executive Management, including reports, analyses, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings and appointments
  • Act as a professional communication and coordination interface between Executive Management and internal and external stakeholders
  • Independently coordinate appointments and ensure professional calendar management
  • Support short-notice requests and cross-functional topics
  • Organize and coordinate business trips, including travel management

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or business-related education
  • Extensive professional experience in an assistant, organizational, or comparable role
  • High level of discretion and a responsible approach to handling sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful manner; ability to communicate confidently, appropriately, and reliably in both German and English, including in an international environment
  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and structured approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify required actions at an early stage, and independently drive topics forward
  • Strong solution- and service-oriented mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility and the ability to maintain an overview even when dealing with changing priorities and short-notice requests
  • Interest in technical and business-related topics

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
