Job Description
You will be the central point of contact for our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth execution of goods handling, fleet management, and procurement processes. In this versatile role, you will independently take responsibility for the following tasks:
- Processing purchase orders and creating and maintaining purchasing transactions in the ERP system
- Coordinating deliveries and goods receipts
- Warehouse management and inventory control
- Organizing and actively supporting all logistics-related processes
- Managing and overseeing our vehicle fleet, from procurement and leasing to maintenance and servicing
- Supporting administrative activities related to logistics and materials management
- Actively contributing to day-to-day operational business
Qualifications
- Successfully completed education (apprenticeship, university of applied sciences, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Proficient in the use of digital tools
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Professional and friendly appearance with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness and ability to perform hands-on physical work when required
- Fluent German (C2 level) and good English skills
Additional Information
The minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement for employees in the trade sector is EUR 2,509 gross per month for this position. We offer a competitive all-in salary package, with the exact amount depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
