Job Description

  • Develop and coordinate innovative electronic concepts in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Design, specify, and develop electronic circuits and create schematics
  • Develop and implement PCB testing concepts in coordination with manufacturing
  • Perform technical reviews and approvals of PCB designs together with the layout team
  • Conduct verification and functional testing of electronic circuits and assemblies
  • Support the transfer of new products into series production, including system-level and EMC testing
  • Actively contribute to the entire product development process, from concept development to market launch, working closely with international locations, software development, mechanical design, manufacturing, and product management teams

Qualifications

  • Willingness to undertake a long-term international assignment (1 to 3 years) at one of our subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland, or the United States following an initial onboarding and training period of one to two years in Graz
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
  • Strong expertise in circuit design and verification of electronic circuits, ideally with knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (EMC, CE, UL)
  • Hands-on laboratory and workshop experience, particularly in measurement technology and/or soldering.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1/C2)
  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for collaborating in international environments
  • High level of quality awareness, strong analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented working style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
