Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule preventive and corrective field maintenance, ensuring alignment between clients and the technical team.
- Manage corporate and technical documentation on client portals to authorize and confirm site visits, and keep documentation up to date even during periods without scheduled service calls.
- Register and maintain technician data on client and supplier portals.
- Organize and coordinate the scheduling of mandatory site inductions and training required for access to client facilities.
- Manage technician documentation, including certificate validity, inductions, training, and necessary renewals.
- Receive client requests via phone, mobile, WhatsApp, and other channels, opening and routing technical service tickets.
- Monitor and ensure compliance regarding company and employee documentation, working in conjunction with Human Resources and Occupational Safety departments.
- Maintain up-to-date records and controls, supporting the Services team in organizing and executing operational activities.
- Monitor deadlines, pending items, and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- Technical education in Administration or related areas is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in administrative tasks, customer service, operational support, or service coordination.
- Experience with document management and the use of client portals is a plus.
- Experience in technical service, maintenance, or technical support companies is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of document control and management.
- Strong ability to organize schedules and track deadlines.
- Knowledge of client access requirements, site inductions, and occupational safety documentation is desirable.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency will be considered an asset, especially for interacting with systems, training, and corporate documentation.
