To ensure smooth internal material supply, strong logistics in goods receipt and warehouse management are essential. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible and well-organized person who will actively contribute to the operational management of our warehouse areas.

• Leading and further developing the team, with a focus on people management, process optimization, and efficient picking and warehouse management, including SAP goods movements
• Serving as the point of contact for organizational and technical questions in the area of warehouse management, as well as the interface to production and assembly
• Training and providing professional support to new employees
• Supporting operational staff scheduling and vacation planning
• Conducting inventories and stock counts to ensure accurate warehouse balances
•  Willingness to provide cross-team support within warehouse logistics and to actively contribute within one’s own area of responsibility
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations as well as cross-team support within warehouse logistics

• Completed training in warehouse logistics (e.g. apprenticeship, technical college) combined with several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on materials management / warehouse management
• Experience in team leadership
• SAP knowledge; experience with the Stock Room Management or WM modules is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of coordinating one’s own team
• Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Valid forklift license

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.450 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
