Company Description
Anton Paar GmbH manufactures precise, highly accurate, and complex measuring instruments. To ensure the quality of our products, we are looking for reinforcement in complaint handling for purchased parts involving electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components.
Job Description
- Responsibility for handling complaints related to purchased parts (focus on mechanical or electronic components, depending on qualifications)
- Conducting fault and root cause analyses
- Documenting and processing complaint-related data in SAP
- Defining and implementing effectiveness checks as well as corrective and remedial actions
- Introducing methods for sustainable error prevention
- Supporting the optimization of inspection processes
- Close collaboration with our Purchasing Department, the specialist departments, and Quality Assurance
Qualifications
- Completed technical education (e.g. apprenticeship, HTL) with a focus on electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, machining technology, or metalworking technology
- At least 3 years of professional experience in complaint handling
- Experience in reading data sheets and technical drawings
- Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
- SAP user knowledge (Material Management module) is an advantage
- Quick comprehension skills combined with an independent, accurate, and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent written and spoken German skillsl; basic english skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
