• Independent setup and operation of our modern CNC lathes and manufacturing of precision parts in accordance with drawing specifications and inspection requirements
• Machine setup based on technical drawings and independent execution of tooling and setup activities
• Ongoing quality inspection of our products and documentation of all completed work
• Ensuring compliance with all requirements related to occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management

• Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally an apprenticeship certificate in machining technology
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator in a metalworking company
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong quality awareness, highly precise working style, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
• Openness to flexible working time models

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.770 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
