• Sales: You will maintain telephone contact with our customers and advise them on possible
  additions to their current inventory with other suitable products from our portfolio. To do this,
  you will work with the internal database and create corresponding evaluations.

• New customer acquisition: You will research potential new customers and proactively approach them.
  In doing so, you will conduct convincing outbound sales calls, follow up on offers, and also offer potential
  new customers qualified support during the demonstration of our laboratory measuring devices.

• Customer service: You will be the point of contact (f/m/d) for all questions relating to our laboratory measuring 
  devices and will impress our customers with your competence, empathy, and reliability.

• Marketing: In your role, you will work closely with your colleagues in the marketing department. You will
  actively promote our web shop, manage sales campaigns, and support current marketing projects with your
  valuable input.

• Qualifications and experience: You have completed commercial or technical training, for example as an
  industrial clerk (m/f/d) or CTA/PTA (m/f/d), and ideally already have some experience
  in sales, telephone customer service, or B2B outbound telephony.

• Strong communication skills: You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills, as well as
  eloquent expression and a strong customer focus. You have no difficulty adapting to different
  personalities, identifying specific needs, and presenting good arguments.

• Sales talent: You enjoy contacting customers and prospects by phone. As a
  sales professional, you impress in telephone consultations with your open, authentic, and 
  friendly manner.

• Versatility: You have technical understanding and are interested in our broad portfolio of laboratory measuring
  devices. An independent, goal-oriented approach to work, as well as initiative and the ability to work in a team,
  round out your profile.
