We're a boutique engineering firm working across AgriTech, Visual RAG, Gaming Platforms, and Telehealth — the kind of place where you're not stuck maintaining one legacy codebase for three years. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who's genuinely strong in the MERN stack and wants to work on products that ship, not just prototypes that sit in a drawer.

If you've also worked on gaming platforms or Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), that's a real plus right now — we have an RGS product in active development — but it's not a dealbreaker. We'd rather hire a great MERN engineer who's curious about gaming than a gaming specialist who's shaky on the fundamentals.

What You'll Need (Must-Haves)

• 3–6 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience, with strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) — this is non-negotiable.
• Solid experience with React.js, and ideally React Native for mobile.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS, and a preprocessor like Sass/Less.
• Real experience with database design across both SQL and NoSQL.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• A genuine grasp of OOP concepts and solid data structures & algorithms fundamentals — we'll go deep on this in interviews.

Good to Have (Not Required, But It'll Catch Our Eye)

• Experience in the gaming domain, particularly Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), RNGs, or regulatory/compliance frameworks around gaming.
• Proficiency in Nest.js and TypeScript.
• Exposure to designing scalable, high-throughput systems.

Beyond the Tech Skills

• B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE) or MCA preferred, but we care far more about what you can bring to the table than what's on the degree.
• You communicate clearly — with your team, with clients, and with yourself when you're stuck.
• You take ownership without needing to be micromanaged.
• You pick up new tools and concepts fast, because the projects here don't stay the same for long.
