Anne’s Pantry Franchising is seeking a happy, enthusiastic and well-presented Reception/Office Administration/All Rounder. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as an ability to support multiple areas of the business.  Duties will include assisting in-bound calls, monitoring main email inbox, as well as support our Franchisees and Manufacturing.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Admin
  • Assist with weekly payroll and ensure compliance
  • Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Oversee drivers' compliance requirements
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations
  • Handle customer inquiries and support financial communications with stakeholders
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Managing multiple administration duties

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Software Proficiency: Xero (must) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience: 1+ years in bookkeeping, preferably in Food and Beverage industry
  • Skills: Strong multitasking, deadline management, and attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, solution-focused

 

Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

 

Education & Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma in a related field (preferred)
  • Must have rights to work in Australia (documents needed)
