Job Description

Applications are invited for a bursary for the Advanced Diploma in Marine Engineering

The bursary include:

  • Full payment of tuition fees
  • Prescribed textbooks and stationery
  • Hostel accommodation and meals
  • Travel cost assistance
  • Study permit fees

Qualifications

Application requirements:

  • Must be a Namibian citizen;
  • Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
  • A provisional acceptance letter from an accredited Tertiary Institution (the successful candidates must comply with the entry requirements of the University offering the programme);
  • The accredited institution must offer the academic learning in line with STCW requirements for the Advanced Diploma in Marine Engineering;
  • SAQA qualification verification of highest qualification and Grade 12.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to designated persons as prescribed by the Namibian Affirmative Action Act.
