Job Description

Showcase your data management skills in the role of People Master Data Management (PMDM) Administrator, supporting the GSS function on a full-time, permanent basis. Provide administrative support to the PMDM function by ensuring you meet Service Line Agreements to drive data integrity, governance and business support within the Anglo American group.

This role will see you accountable for:

  • Timely and accurate processing within SLAs of individual & bulk organisational data maintenance, employee onboarding & offboarding data changes, personal & job data changes, and other people data changes
  • Accountable for performing continuous master data validations including data cleansing and rationalisation of organisational and people data
  • Accountable for AD Account Maintenance – trigger IT access requests, maintenance of IT portal, manage queries through to resolution and escalation issues where relevant
  • Provide support to contractor onboarding & offboarding in relation to creation of profiles in HRIS, terminations, site access and ongoing contractor maintenance of people data
  • Provide support to the management of the Contractor Engagement Portal including system configuration, user setup and administration, system support and other onboarding activities
  • Assist with scheduled reporting to stakeholders and delivery of the PMDM Quality Assurance program
  • Provide input into and implement continuous improvement initiatives to the PMDM function

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP HR employee/contractor proficiency in data management
  • Knowledge of ERP HR - Success Factors and SAP systems (Success Factors, Employee Central)
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SuccessFactors and reporting tools
  • Legislation pertaining to the HR and payroll environment, i.e., PAYE, GDPR, POPI, BCEA, etc. (desirable)
  • Effective communication skills and problem solving initiative
