We are seeking to recruit Graduate Students who have completed their Accounting/Finance Degree for a Graduate Training program.

• Assist in bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Participate in client engagements, providing basic accounting, tax, and advisory support under supervision
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks
• Assist in preparing tax computations, filings, and statutory compliance documentation
• Support audit processes by gathering documentation, performing preliminary checks, and liaising with internal teams
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for both internal use and client assignments
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver financial insights and recommendations to clients
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tasks

• Must reside in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and any other related fields.
• Must be able to communicate in Business English
• Must have Computing skills.
