We are seeking to recruit Graduate Students who have completed their Economics Degree for a Graduate Training program.

• Assist in building economic models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform client decision-making
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables with clear, evidence-based insights
• Conduct industry, regulatory, and macroeconomic research to support consulting engagements
• Contribute to the development of client proposals, including research and drafting sections of bids
• Monitor economic trends, policy changes, and market developments relevant to client sectors
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal strategy discussions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of analysis and documentation
• Support senior consultants in conducting economic analysis, market research, and policy evaluation projects

• Must reside in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's in Economics and any other related fields.
• Must be able to communicate in Business English
• Must have Computing skills.
