We are seeking to recruit Graduate Students who have completed their Law Degree for a Graduate Training program.

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and industry regulations relevant to client engagements
• Assist in drafting reports, policy documents, contracts, and legal opinions for internal and client use.
• Analyze client operations to identify legal and compliance risks, and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions where appropriate.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, preparing summaries and impact assessments for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated consulting solutions.
• Support due diligence processes, including document review and risk identification for transactions or partnerships.

• Must reside in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's in Law and any other related fields.
• Must be able to communicate in Business English
• Must have Computing skills.
