As an Intern in private equity consulting, you will be closely involved and experience the entire consulting process of the pre-deal period first-hand. You will actively participate in projects and collaborate with experts from the specialist department. Your daily tasks will include researching and preparing the data and findings obtained, gaining insights into project management, and conducting expert interviews independently. 

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private-equity industry.

YOUR TASKS

• collaborating on international consulting projects with a focus on the fast moving B2B Tech and Software space
• assisting in market and competitive analyses, creating market and forecast modells, and developing market entry strategies
• conducting primary and secondary research
• analysing research results and providing strategy recommendations to clients
• taking responsibility for qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluation, and presentation of research findings
• conducting expert interviews in both German and English
• supporting sales and business development activities, such as bid screening and contacting former clients

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You are enrolled in a business administration, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field with a focus on business studies, at least in the 4th semester.
• You have ideally, gained practical experience in a consulting-related environment or market research through internships or student consulting projects.
• You have strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Ypu demonstrated independence, teamwork, and curiosity for new challenges.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
