Since 2000, our Space practice has specialised in the analysis of growth opportunities in the space and satellite market, consistently forecasting events and trends well ahead of when they become common industry knowledge, giving global leaders in the industry the edge they need to achieve their business objectives.

As an expert in the space sector, you will be at the forefront of the industry. You will create insightful, original thought-leading content and reports that will be used by globally recognised businesses in their decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for the delivery of content and will work with other programme leaders and analysts to ensure that these pieces are planned in line with our overall objectives.

As a senior member of our team, you will also take a significant role in helping our junior resource to develop their skills and progress their career.

You will be regarded as a trusted voice in the industry, and you will help Analysys Mason grow our client offering and revenue in the space sector. As such, you will also work closely with our sales team to connect with new and existing clients – identifying their needs, addressing their questions and delivering presentations to increase sales and ensure renewals.

You will attend industry events such as conferences, where you will represent Analysys Mason and provide thought leadership on the space industry.

Your contribution will have an immediate impact for our teams and our clients’ needs, influencing strategic decisions and providing thought leadership on the subject.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• managing and delivering original research content in the space sector
• analysing data and formulating a qualitative opinion based on that analysis
• acting as a space industry subject matter expert, both internally and externally
• interacting with clients and building peer relationships within the industry
• presenting your findings to clients in regular meetings and at industry events.

As a minimum, you need to have experience in a research role ideally in the space sector, where you created original, thought-leading content.

You also need to enjoy analysing and interpreting large sets of data and creating engaging reports to communicate the patterns and trends that you find.

You must be fluent in English.
