As our new Accounts Payable Administrator, you will join our Finance team in Manchester from where you will closely work with our 16 global offices in 12 countries.

You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable process in the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.

After some training, the team will rely on you to run the accounts payable process, and you will be liaising with stakeholders across multiple offices, and a variety of external providers, clients, contractors etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
  • Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.
  • Managing and resolving supplier queries including supplier statements until completion.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
  • Assisting the wider finance team as required.

This is an ideal position if you are about to graduate or finish your A-levels.
