Job Description

ANALYGENCE is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our company's support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). SED is a newly formed division within CISA, tasked to lead, oversee, and evaluate strategic, customer-centric engagements with partnership groups. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise, program management, program analysis and reporting, documentation, and/or strategic planning and overall management as required to support to the SED Mission Support Services task order.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
  • Designated as Key by the Government--during any absence of the Program Manager, only one alternate subject matter expert shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this contract.
  • Shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 0830 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 4 hours of notification.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem.
  • Supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must have current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Experience specific to CISA and/or cyber operations Stakeholder Engagement at a national level is desired.
