Job Description

ANALYGENCE is hiring a Corporate Security Officer (FSO) to support our facility and personnel security programs. This position will ensure national security compliance as it relates to the NISPOM, DCSA, and other government agencies.

  • Establish and maintain a working relationship with DCSA and other Government security officials.
  • Use NISS/DISS (formerly JPAS), Scattered Castles, ACAVS, and other special access sites to track and maintain clearances.
  • Coordinate with client security representatives to process security clearances with Federal Civilian, DOD, and the Intelligence Community
  • Provide guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of security paperwork.
  • Review all personnel security paperwork for accuracy, completion, and submission via eQIP and other methods.
  • Coordinate and track periodic re-investigations with employees.
  • Design and implement processes to integrate candidate clearance verification as a part to the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Maintain visitor control functions and preparing visit authorization letters (VARs)
  • Develop and providing new employee security briefings, exit interviews, and debriefings.
  • Investigate and report security violations and draft incident reports.
  • Prepare DD254 forms for subcontractors.
  • Manage protecting and safeguarding all classified materials (receive, control, route, store, mark, package, mail, and destroy all classified materials and their associated records).
  • Conduct self-inspections in preparation for security audits and prepare written reports of surveys and inspections.
  • Maintain a working relationship with customer security offices for the processing and maintenance of employee clearances.
  • Maintain all security documentation, files, and clearance rosters in accordance with government requirements.
  • Assist with the accreditation or re-accreditation of classified Information Systems to include user access, auditing, configuration management, documentation, and training in accordance with government policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret required; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Seven (7) or more years of relevant security experience as well as, three (3) to five (5) years in directly managing a corporate-wide facility security and insider threat program.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Ability to effectively engage prospective customers, within the DOD, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian Agencies to build trust and relationships, clearly communicate solutions and concepts, and influence action.
  • Must demonstrate effective time management and be able to work independently.
  • Previous security experience managing a classified program in support of the Intelligence Community.
  • Must have the ability to carry out the duties expected of a Security Officer when faced with difficulty and coordinate with all levels of personnel/management.
  • Requires independent judgment and discretion as well as the identification, analysis, and resolution of security related matters.
  • Must be able to manage risk associated with security compliance and operational requirements.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality with integrity.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining FCL and requirements association with facility accreditation; ICD 705/ICS 705 and respective.
  • Be a self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision; a person who is open to new ideas.
