ANALYGENCE is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for all contractor work performed under this PWS and serves as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. The PM serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system). The PM performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems, including the development of conceptual systems requirements; systems integration requirements; systems phasing plan; business application consultation; problem tracking/management; and preparation and delivery of presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

•  Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or engineering field from an accredited college or university OR Master’s degree in business, technical, or engineering field from an accredited college or university.
• 10 years of program management experience in planning, managing, and implementing programs/projects.
• 5 years of experience managing complex scientific, engineering, transportation, or related activities.
• Project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent

• Excellent communication and team building skills; ability to juggle competing priorities and timelines> 

• Proven experience in long- and short-term planning
