Job Description

ANALYGENCE is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in support of The Defense Technology and Long-Range Analysis (TLA) Office’s mission to analyze and produce military and defense-related all-source cyber intelligence on foreign R&D infrastructure, technology protection, acquisition threat support, and the future military environment. The successful candidate shall research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate financial and business data and shall prepare written assessments and documents in support of all-source intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities:

CFIUS Assessments

Provide financial and business analysis in support of all-source analysis associated with technology transfer efforts (voluntary and non-voluntary disclosures), to include technology targeting and cyber security, for start-up, greenfield, and brown companies. Assessments could potentially also include "close proximity" purchases, intellectual property, joint ventures, and deemed exports.

Export License Review

Provide financial and business analysis in support of all-source analysis end-user assessments for United States export license applications by verifying the end-user's business address, providing a complete corporate profile, identifying: adverse business practices; associations with countries of U.S. concern; government ownership or influence; known proliferation or military activities; and, determine if the entity has the potential for manufacturing military materials with the export items.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor or master's degree in business, accounting, economics, or related discipline.

·        4+ years of experience with business components, structures, practices and policies from a total business perspective.

An active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance is required for consideration.
