 With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Scrum Master. 

What you would do:

• Lead the daily scrum and accompanying ceremonies
• Negotiate and ensure the sprint's content is doable and reasonable
• Be responsible for sprint's content delivery
• Improve software development execution processes
• Ensure the requirements are properly defined in JIRA and the tasks are properly assigned
• Collect and analyze a variety of metrics, related to the team's performance, and help define bonus targets
• Help improve our development process and grow with the team

What we would like you to have:

• Meaningful experience as a Scrum Master is a must
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Responsibility and dedication
