In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the continuous improvement and maintenance of our Risk Management system, own the Safety, Wellbeing and Risk (SWR) communication platforms and programmes designed to lift safety culture and embed capabilities, as well as ensuring our policies and procedures are fit for operational purposes whilst managing our risks.

You will have the opportunity to
- Lead the continuous improvement plan of Z’s Organisational Risk Management system / framework (ZORM) and contribute to projects to enhance ZORM’s integrity and effectiveness
- Ensure alignment with the Ampol Group Standards for Risk Management
- Ensure the processes, procedures, guides and tools that are needed exist to ensure that ZORM is fit for purpose across the business
- Support our Safety, Wellbeing & Risk Business Partners to identify ZORM capability needs and training requirements across the business and ensure effective delivery through third party providers
- Oversee the delivery of cyclical risk management activities and reporting as per Z’s Enterprise Risk Plan
- Act as the ZORM SME, and managing accounts, licences, access and support tickets in the digital risk system (ZORMD)
- Maintain the underlying SWR and ZORM document management system and ensure underlying content and data is up-to-date
- Own the communications around Safety, Wellbeing & Risk at Z
What you’ll bring to Z
- A background in maintaining and enabling the delivery of operational safety and organisational risk frameworks within a diverse commercial environment
- Knowledge and application of digital risk management systems
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving on processes, procedures and tools
- Excellent communication and engagement skills to work with a range of users right across the Z business and ability to translate policy requirements into operational useability
- The ability to draft policies and procedures with strong analytical experience
- Strong systems focused thinking
- The ability to understand user experiences with a focus on human centred design
- The drive to deliver quality work at pace.

The base salary range for this role is $98,400 to $115,750 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
