You will join a world-class team of engineers and data scientists from Facebook, Uber, Amazon and Google. We are a fast growing consulting firm based in Toronto with clients ranging from leading startups building impactful technologies to Fortune 500 companies looking to scale their engineering and data capabilities. 

• Help prepare and customize sales agreements
• Maintain and update internal legal files and documents
• Accurately review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Post-secondary education in the legal field
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Ontario, Canada is required
• Having a paralegal license is considered a definite asset
• Having experience with US law is an asset
• Previous experience in the technology, startups, and/or consulting industry is also considered an asset
