Job Description

Employment:

Full Time - 40 hours - direct hire

Shift Available:

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Pay:

$14 / hour + bonuses (paid training)

Location:

This is an outdoor position in which you will be under a kiosk at one of our partnership locations. Once hired, we do provide you with valid permits and licenses after undergoing the proper 1-2 weeks of training. We have locations in Redlands, Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris, Hemet and San Jacinto.

**Must be able to reliably commute to Riverside, CA for mandatory office meetings, paycheck pick-up, and product pick up**

About the California Lifeline:

The California Lifeline is a government and state program that provides discounted telecommunication services to lower income qualifying individuals and households. This program is also offered to households that are currently enrolled in most public assistance programs. Only one discount is provided per household.

Job Description:

After receiving the proper training on program details, government compliance, customer service etiquette, and computer system knowledge- the Lifeline Agent is responsible to enroll consumers at our partnership locations. The agent is expected to deliver exceptional customer service, provide informational details on new products or services, and act as a resource for any/all inquiries about the program and how to qualify.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • GED/ High School Diploma preferred
  • Two + years of customer service preferred
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience in outreach, marketing, or telecommunications industry is a big plus
  • Must be goal and detailed oriented.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Lift, Push, Pull up to 25 lbs
  • Must be comfortable talking to people face to face ( COVID-19 Restrictions Implemented

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Multi-task and prioritize required. Ability to handle multiple customers/tasks at a time.
• Excellent face to face communications skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to pass a background check
