Job Description
Under the authority of the production supervisor, the role of this position consists of operating the main equipment and performing various controls and tasks related to material processing.
What you are responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring equipment and facilities and ensuring their proper functioning;
- Performing equipment maintenance as well as departmental housekeeping;
- Acting as support for collaborating contributors;
- Feeding the production line;
- Ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and reporting any anomalies to the immediate supervisor;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
To join our team:
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience with heavy vehicles.
- You hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- You are conscientious about health and safety.
- You have a sense of organization and priorities.
- You have good communication skills.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You have knowledge of metals (an asset).
