Job Description
The Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and oversight of the company’s treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, and financial risk support.
What you’re responsible for:
Cash Management & Forecasting
- Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and short‑term liquidity needs
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts
- Monitor working capital movements and escalate risks or shortfalls as needed
- Support intercompany funding and cash movements
Banking & Treasury Operations
- Administer bank accounts, signatories, mandates, and online banking access
- Act as a primary operational contact for banking partners on routine matters
- Review bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and support cost optimization
- Support banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements
Risk Management Support
- Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and report variances
- Execute hedging transactions under established policies and approvals
- Track compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
Reporting, Controls & Compliance
- Prepare treasury reports for Finance leadership, including cash, debt, and risk metrics
- Support audits, internal controls, and SOX or compliance testing (if applicable)
- Maintain treasury documentation, policies, and procedures
Systems & Process Improvement
- Operate and maintain treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve visibility, and strengthen controls
- Participate in system enhancements, implementations, or upgrades as required
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Tax, and Legal teams
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior finance staff as needed
- Serve as a trusted treasury subject‑matter expert within Finance
Qualifications
To join our team:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of cash forecasting, bank operations, and treasury controls
- Experience working with multiple banking partners and financial instruments
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis
