Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Laval, QC. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you are responsible for sourcing, managing, and selling vehicle inventory across multiple channels including wholesale, retail, export, and auction platforms. This position requires strong market awareness, relationship management, and the ability to optimize sales performance and margins across a multi-location operation.
What you're responsible for:
- Identifying and evaluating vehicle purchase opportunities across multiple locations for resale
- Managing and growing a network of wholesale, retail, and export buyers
- Reviewing auction run lists and executing sales through auction platforms
- Buying, selling, and trading inventory to maximize profitability and turnover
- Communicating effectively with Branch Managers and the Car Sales Manager to optimize deal outcomes
- Sharing advertised sales leads with the Digital Marketing team to expand promotion across broader channels and maximize exposure
- Assisting with inventory backlog management during site visits
- Tracking sales performance, margins, and reporting key metrics to the Car Sales Manager
- Ensuring full compliance with applicable automotive sales laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
To join our team:
- You have a minimum of two years' experience in automotive sales or similar environment
- You have strong knowledge of the used vehicle market, pricing trends, and resale channels
- You have a valid OMVIC certification (preferred)
- You are a hands-on worker with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- You are excellent in time management and able to manage multiple priorities
- You are bilingual in French and English
