Boni Miller Recycling is seeking a skilled and professional Class 1 FM Truck Driver to join our Transportation team in Montreal North

What We Offer!

• 28$/hr
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Day Shift, 40 hours/week

• Role based in Montreal North

What you're responsible for:

• Operating roll-off trucks to transport recyclable materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies 
• Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit 
• Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation 
• Maintaining cleanliness and minor upkeeping of your assigned vehicle
• Assisting with a variety of yard tasks (e.g. sorting, machinery operation, etc.).
• Providing excellent customer service

To join our team:

• You have a valid class 1 FM driver's license with a clean Driving Record
• You have experience operating a manual transmission (required) 
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a class 1 truck driver 
• You are customer service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required.
• You are familiar with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset) 
• You have experience with roll-off trucks (an asset)
• You are physically fit and safety-oriented
• You are reliable, punctual, and respectful of equipment
