We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec, just across from Carrefour Laval. 

As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service. 

What you’re responsible for: 

• Answer incoming customer calls 
• Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
• Explain our unique business model and highlight its benefits.
• Negotiate and conclude the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction;
• Follow up on pending requests and individual customers
