    Job Description

    Reporting to the Surveillance Center Supervisor, the agent must continuously monitor the company's facilities based in our Montreal-Est office. They must also deal with the various alarms and calls that occur on a daily basis. Finally, he or she may also be called upon to carry out video investigations. 

    • Ensure the security of establishments by observing and processing live video surveillance images and information; 
    • Carry out technical checks on video surveillance equipment; 
    • Create and manage access controls; 
    • Receive, manage and dispatch telephone calls; 
    • Manage and process incoming alarm signals; 
    • Alert, deploy and coordinate emergency services as required; 
    • Write various types of reports; 
    • Work closely with investigators; 
    • Perform videotape analysis for process improvement; 

    Qualifications

    • Hold a BSP card in electronic security systems or be willing to undergo training once hired.
    • Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
    • Ability to work with a flexible and variable schedule (day, evening, night) on-site.
    • Experience in security (a major asset).
    • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license (an asset).
