Job Description
The main tasks of the flying scale clerk are to follow up on receipts and shipments of materials. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, issuing weighing tickets and responding adequately to customers, on our various AIM sites in Quebec. The successful candidate will have to work in the following sites: AIM Sherbrooke, Granby, La Prairie, Montréal Est, Boisbriand, Sainte-Sophie, Trois-Rivières, Victoriaville, Drummondville, Mont-Laurier.
- Welcome clients;
- Weigh the material;
- Make delivery notes in the software;
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
- Prepare shipping papers;
- Tracking of material shipments;
- Perform reports;
- Other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Office suite;
- 2 years experience in customer service;
- Bilingualism is an asset.

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;
- From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
