Job Description
Reporting to the call center manager, the call center trainer trains new and existing employees, developing their skills and knowledge for their respective roles.
- Train and assist new and existing call center agents, as well as support staff
- Manage, maintain and ensure all aspects of the training process
- Provide feedback to managers to determine who needs coaching and training
- Adapt staff training to company and market developments
- Develop and update training materials with the help of managers
- Help managers develop their team members through continuous training strategies
- Produce employee progress reports
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service training in the retail trade;
- Experience in creating training program
- Customer service experience
- Presentation skills
- Focus on teamwork
- Understanding of best practices in customer service
- Bilingualism (oral and written)

Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
- Full-time, permanent position
