American Iron & Metal is looking to add a Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. Every AIM employee takes great pride in their job and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the company.  

As an AIM dispatcher, the candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all accounts while scheduling company drivers to service customers.

This is a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires the ability to problem solve and will provide the chance for learning every day. 

We will provide the chosen candidate with the proper training on all company software and procedure to ensure their success.

• Previous dispatch experience is required.
• Strong professionalism and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transport rules and regulations is an asset.
