Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated scale clerk to join our team in Lévis, Quebec. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will be required to weigh materials, produce scale tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Welcoming customers and providing courteous service upon arrival
• Weighing trucks and entering information into the system
• Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software
• Answering phone calls and redirecting requests as needed
• Following up on material shipments and producing required reports
• Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.)
Qualifications

• You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset)
• You have a good command of the MS Office suite
• You are organized, responsible, autonomous, and resourceful
• You are able to work efficiently as part of a team
