Job Description

Permanent full-time position
Schedule: must be available during call center opening hours, Monday to Sunday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Location : 3080 Boul. le Carrefour, Laval, QC H7T 2R5, Canada
WORK ON-SITE ONLY
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec, just across from Carrefour Laval.
As a call center agent specialized in customer service, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:
- Answering calls and general inquiries of clients who would like to have information on our stocks, prices and mode of operation;
- Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each client and propose personalized solutions;
- Inform the clients on our various products (batteries, tires, etc.) and services;
- Guide the clients in the utilization of our website;
- Promote in-person visits to our several branches;
- Register the clients to our personalized email system « Alert-Me »;
- Any other task related to the role.
Qualifications
To join our team:
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the automotive field
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work days, evenings and weekends
- Call center experience (a major asset)
