Reporting to the Regional Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as an Branch Manager will include but not be limited to :

  • Retail Management:  
    • Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty;  
    • Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments; 
    • Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site's customers; 
    • Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles; 
    • Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
  • Production management: 
    • Ensure smooth daily operations of the site; 
    • Can mean actively participating in site operations; 
  • Workforce Management: 
    • Mobilize and empower your work teams; 
    • Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions; 
    • Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees; 
    • Be responsible for disciplinary actions; 
    • Manage work schedules; 
    • Identify and develop potential talent to create succession; 
  • Other: 
    • Manage financial and material resources; 
    • Ensure the maintenance and management of the building  
    • Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives 
    • Complete reports  

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service;
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management.

Required competencies

  • Must speak French;
  • Leadership;

  • Ability to learn;
  • Good stress management.
